Clear purchase terms belong before the payment button. Checkout remains unavailable until the operator completes payment setup and publishes the final refund terms.
Before paid access launches
The refund window, eligibility rules, currency, and Paddle refund process will be set out here before the first sale. A learner should be able to review those terms before buying a course.
Access and billing help
If you cannot access a purchased course, contact support with your account email, the course name, and your payment receipt reference. Do not include card numbers or passwords. Access and duplicate-payment issues should be investigated against verified purchase records.
Refunded access
When a purchase is refunded or reversed, the corresponding course entitlement may be revoked. Other valid purchases on your account remain separate. Your browser’s saved bookmarks do not constitute a paid entitlement.
Local demonstration
Demo topic passes have no monetary value. The local preview does not collect payment details, create a real transaction, or issue a financial receipt.
